Any telex with all relative instruction is to be sent to our head office.

Full address, phone number and, if possible, the person in charge should be mentioned in detail.
For Transit Cargo
To other Airports :
Since there are urgent shipments we should be given the MAWB and flight numbers in order to attend procedure from Athens airport.
For Ship Equipment :
Since there are shipments of goods destinated for vessels, we must be informed about the MAWB and flight numbers, name of vessel, captain's name, full name and address of the ship agent.
Attention to : on the MAWB it must be always mentioned the phrase : "IN TRANSIT VIA ATHENS AIRPORT FOR VESSEL ...". (On the MAWB neither agent, captain's name nor anything else are to be referred.)
In case of transhipments always ask for charges after you have given us detail about shipments.
